Trending @Infosys; Performance bonus doubt

Promoted to TA, in revised salary they mention 4k as a performance bonus per month.

Will I get multiple of 3 for every quarter( I mean 12k) or only 4k for every quarter?

Pls let me know if anyone knows.

Then shall j get 12k based upon some factors they will give at least 70 to 80 percent, right?

You will get 12k for the quarter if 4k is the monthly performance bonus. However, actual payout depends on performance factors. Check with HR for exact details.
