1st - check your compensation letter whether it has a year performance bonus component with some amount mentioned to it.

2nd - check what your annual performance is after calibration, PNI or TP ratings may not be eligible for yearly PB... And this may vary account to account

3rd - Still if you didn't find the answer, then raise a SSD or discuss with your RM. They can clarify..

Please don't give false hope brother... Many are facing this issue and hoping that they'll receive it next month, but the fact is they are not even eligible for it... So better to check whether they are eligible or not first
