Hey Guys,

Has anyone received a quarterly performance bonus letter, are we getting it this quarter ? 😅 (Skeptical)

I kind of lost hope in this organisation now, no bonus , no hike, no steady variable pay, nothing! Even HR's don't respond back if we have a query.

Performance bonus is part of the CTC comitted. It's not legal to stop it

Still it's written the max you will get 100 and least 50%...so ideally it shouldn't stop
