No one has received a letter yet, it's just the mail for the percentage based on the job level has been rolled out for the units

So I nowhere mentioned that I got a letter for a bonus. It's just how much individuals will get based on their ratings. The poll also states the same if you look closely.

Not necessarily. There are people who were supposed to get let's say 80% based on their rating but they got 85-90%, this depends on the unit and manager.
