Trending @Infosys; Performance bonus
I joined Infosys in January this year . I have submitted resignation in March and currently serving notice period. I haven’t received performance bonus yet. As per offer letter, during probation for first 6 months 50% of performance bonus is fixed and will be paid on quarterly basis. Any idea on when I’ll get and if i will get or not??
but in offer they didn’t mention about this scenario if resigned during probation then they won’t give performance bonus
Read carefully they also said employee has to serve till last day of quarter then only he will get variable of that quarter.
You joined in Jan and then resigned in March on top that expecting variable is non sense.

Wow, look at the way you replied. The way you used ‘non sense’ word. First of all you don’t even know the situation I went through. If u think it’s only for money, then you are the one who doesn’t have any sense at all. This is the same way my manager treated me when i was simply tagged to the project and no one replied to my messages for almost 2 months. It takes 3-4 hours for me to commute from home to office in Bengaluru traffic. When i submitted resignation, that’s when they realised i was sitting idle without any work. And you still think I’m not loyal. I have worked with other MNCs as well. Infosys is the worst. With people like you using such harsh words without even thinking how it will affect others, you got no sense. You be loyal, you work hard and earn. And if others try to do the same, then it’s non sense.
VP payout will be along with Feb, May, Aug and Nov month salaries (for the previous quarter). I.e. For the Oct to Dec quarter the payout will be with Feb salary.
For your case, you would receive your Jan to March VP along with May month salary.
Apart from the other policies, Performance Bonus for Jan-March is paid in May Salary. If your LWD is before that, you might receive it as fnf. This is If, you are supposed to get it.
If you joined in jan and resigned in march you will not get bonus as per policy on notice period they will not provide bonus to employees
