Performance Band for FY2025-2026

From my past few years experience, I observed band is generally getting released on the first week of April. Generally within 7th of April.

Why this time people are telling, it would be released post Q4 results? Which is post 14th April.

Any concrete info when band would get released?

I think , either you don't have any experience or maybe you have Short term loss memory. The reason is from the last 3 years, band was always released post quarterly results.

Agreed with u it's always after 2nd week of April-probably April 14/15th

One, there is a pattern emerging.

Second, just check with your HRBP they too tell the same.

Its a matter of reaching out and asking the right folks.

These days there are a lot of silos in the organization Even the HRBP dont know things nowadays

It was on 12th April in 2025, 16th April in 2024 and 3rd April in 2023

Q4 results held on 9th April

In 2023 they had released it in the first week of April before results (around 3rd april I guess) But in 2024 and 2025 they did if after results in the second week.
