Performance band eligibility.

I have joined TCS on 3rd March 2024, so am I eligible for the band distribution for this year? My SPEED portal is showing this (attached snip). I got IPF as well for both of my projects, but still confused am I eligible or not?

No you are not getting band this year

You will only get IPF rating. No actual appraisal which will change your CTC
