I'm on CL12 currently and even after passing techleap I did not received promotion due to budget cut as per my manager. In March I completed 2 yrs and I just moved to my 3rd project since I joined Accenture. The issue is my workday is not updated from my very first project and as per my people lead in workday he is not seeing anything because I'm not in that project anymore.
Since nobody has communicated about promotion or variable pay, how do I know who has access to see my performance and rewards statement? And is it possible that it will be released automatically and I don't need to ask any HR team or someone else?
Why I'm asking is that another colleague faced same situation and he got the call today from his previous project lead.
it will be released automatically by 1st or 3rd June but you can just check rewards portal, you'll find the name of the person who has to release your statement there on the left pane. ping them telling their name is reflected there and they need to release the statement
