Don't base on your performance, please concentrate on your career. Accenture will encourage actors instead of best performers. How much you work hard you will not get anything but if you act you will get more. Company will do nothing for you so just concentrate on career.

Most cases only acting people will get promotion and showcasing with there management.

That's true...my promotion is on hold from past three cycles and the entire project has dependency on me but they don't give promotion....worst management I have ever seen
