I spoke to my TL but there is no discussion of performance at all with higher level management. So I do not know how this hikes and promotions work.. even if we are reminding multiple times why can’t TL represent us for hike/promotion. It’s already 6 years, I’m still at level 10 waiting for promotion or hikes since last 2 years
Resign and find another company. Then only tl will suddenly remember you.

I said this multiple times on this forum only two types of people gets promotions 1. If they are important to business and business will go on a toss if they leave
2. When you have good connections with your bosses
So bottom line try hard to get an offer letter, be prepared for the failure I also faced multiple failures and sat on level 10 for almost 5 years then started giving interviews and finally got the offer letter then I resigned and all of the sudden my manger and skip came with promotion for taking my resignation back
Well keep crying and don't do anything
