Luckily, I never had to face this situation. But had a few friends who were workking for Byjus sales as Leaders of region/territory.
They knew it from the very beginning circa 2018 that what they're doing is really really bad. Going and telling parents that the kid sucks, while kid being present in the meeting, breaking their confidence, miss-selling (showing wrong fees in the beginning), taking loans from NBFC w/o consent of parents. Deep down inside they all knew music is going to stop someday. I mean, how can this even be allowed. But it took us too long to stop this.
Same with many of the friends who now work poker, rummy, online betting apps. The gullible users are usually from economic backward classes, addicts or villagers. Massive profit that they make on their books are the result of someone losing the money they shouldn't be losing and I really feel govt should intervene.

Having a corrupt boss is the most dangerous position to be. started my career in manufacturing, Supply chain. There is a significant chance of corruption in that department, thats deals with vendors and suppliers.
If things go wrong, no boss/manager will ever get caught, its always going to be the pawn that will be sacrificed.
