People who switched fields - how?

I've been thinking about this for a long time. 3+ years in this field, and I don't think I'm particularly good at it and should stay for long. While I've decided that I need to do something else, I don't know what exactly. It's confusing and I'm always in 2 minds about any field I think of switching into because I feel like the most recent switch I made (almost a year ago at this point) wasn't well calculated.
