People who switch jobs frequently : How are you always interview ready ?

The process is very repetitive so I'm guessing it won't take as much effort preparing for the nth time as much as it did preparing for the (n-1)th time

Yes i am also waiting for detailed information unable to crack any and not even getting a single call even though applying for relevent job postings.

You go through couple months of preparation, utilize holidays, and go through interviews, you'll see some setbacks initially and then you get into the flow of cracking it.
Having said that, I haven't put as much effort as lot of people who really work hard on preparation. I have a friend who keeps upskilling or leetcoding or doing some side projects. He's always kinda prepared.
