People who have worked at early stage startups that failed/you left, how was the job search
0 to 1 startups give you a lot of horizontal growth but often not much in terms of in depth learning. Does this affect your next job search or does it not make a difference

Depends on the domain and seniority. I worked in an early stage fintech startup which got shut down.
I have 10+ years and I was the head of product. Engineers managed to get even better jobs across domains irrespective of seniority.
PMs and designers got jobs only in fintech but it took some time for them. Senior folks in design and PM are struggling
