People who have raised disagreement for Band D are on the verge of getting fired. HR and Supervisor- accept it or can leave.

I have given two external certification + independent development task. Awarded D band and salary got deducted by 19 percent due to RTO, have medical certificates as well but they didn’t consider it and asked to accept the new salary or free to leave.

They said this in band review meeting?

This really unfair that TCS is doing , even I also have given 1 external certifications and completed my wings 2 power play 1 and they have given me C band

If you have another option then raise otherwise just try to get. Even after manager request nothing happening.
