Hi bro if we apply for ijp then previous manager have right to stop our selection in new unit/project ? Or manager dont have any rights on it.

Manager doesn't have any right/power to stop you. Once you are selected, it's done.

Each position has an expiry date. Selection will happen before that date. Selection email will be triggered only the hiring manager has done the selection. Releasing manager can release in 60(or less) days. Transfer happens once the agreed date is reached. Role and compensation gets updated at the end of the current quarter once the IJP is closed. Releasing manager, accepting manager and the candidate can't revoke the process once selection email is triggered.
