People who don't have friends shouldn't use dating apps

if you fail at making friends, most likely you are going to fail at dating and building a relationship

go back to the drawing board and learn the skill in real life instead of using apps

otherwise you just be doing it for the sake of it

I have failed to maintain friendships; most of my interactions start over based on a group activity/project, with some I stay friends with. I see them regularly but struggle to maintain it after a certain point.

Same with ex-colleagues, I don't know how to stay in touch with them, it feels like I'm disturbing them.

Its not wrong but try as much as possible. Start with small steps. Dating apps will give you lot of options take the chance and improve yourself. Don’t think like I need to date the first girl i matched with. Stick with it you will gain the skills.

I know of people who didn’t have friends but still found the one on a dating app. There is no one size fits all rule.
