I have been wfh for than a year now, my parents would keep ordering me to do small household work even when I’m working. I have asked them not to do that as it distracts me, but they will not simply listen and even scold me and compare me with others that they help their parents 😅
I have thought about just going to a different city and wfh from there but my parents are also getting old so have to think about that also.
It's same as getting distracted by random colleagues in WFO. You've to set a boundary and make yourself physically unavailable. There's no way around it

Yeah, I think its a major issue with wfh. I usually set focus times , and tell my parents don’t disturb me during that, I will come to you in breaks if you need anything.
I have been working from home for 6 months now and no day goes by when I don’t think of moving but then you save a lot which ends up weighing more than the cons haha.
If you have separate room or separate corner you can lock yourself in that confined focus area .
Alternatively find a quiet cafe shop near your house

From March 2020 I am here living with my parents it was during college final years. Now I have almost 3 years of experience in job still living with them , trust me they don't give a shit about your work 😂😂😂 . If they think you are doing wfh then you can do household work also and that too with your own interest
It’s very hard. One option is to wake up very early and try to get some work done before the chaos begins.
Explain them how it works. Tell them that you are doing office work and company is deducting salary due to distractions.
