People who are forcefully asked to resign are they been paid gratuity along with three months of compensation?

Yaar...gratuity they are not paying???

From what I've seen, if the associate was already unallocated for a long time, they are not getting paid anything as HR is saying you already got a salary without doing any work. If HR/RMG is forcing resign on a high paid individual who was in fluidity list or just randomly plucked out or forced for VRS, then they are offering 3 months pay.

Case by case as per posts here in past few weeks
