Trending @Infosys; People should really start using the x-ratio (experience ratio) while speaking about salary instead of typing full sentences.

For eg instead of saying the experience in years and then salary in lakhs, people can easily say it using the x ratio like this

5 years experience - 10 Lakhs salary - 2x @5years 5 years experience - 15 lakhs salary - 3x@5 yrs 5 years experience - 7.5 lakhs salary - 1.5x@5 years

This is shorthand and many ppl understand where they stand in terms of ratio.

For eg

In infosys, the average ratio before 10 years is around 1.5x and from 10-20, it normalizes at 1.0x

Saying it like this establishes much better comparative analysis in conversation than elaborating individually for every year.
