People on Bench ,Share your views
Those who are on bench currently,please share your experience as you all be hearing the truth from RMG and seeing what's happening as per the news which came this week. Who are they are targeting for 1 st layoffs.
Can you explain how you are dealing or interacting with RMG, I have done a good job in last FY, got very good Rating, Was released to bench because of Clients budget issue.
Now the RMGs are treating like you are some kind of Criminal or have done very Wrong thing, May I know Is this Kind of treatment a Normal to bear ??
What they are saying and what's there behaviour as of now
In here, they are asking to Sign daily on a Register, some kind of "Hazari in Police Station", If you don't they will send you reminders, embarass in front of Other employees badly, Also Check what you wear , Formal strictly. Why didn't you report on Time,How many calls you attended for Projects, give a report. Even if you have some emergencies, they don't consider it.
