
People of Grapevine, how are you keeping your mental health in check?
Of all the hustling we do, gym, work and studies we need to be mentally healthy too.
Is it therapy, hanging out with friends, hobbies, talking with family, meditation.
I guess I am not doing mentally ok, which is affecting my work and confidence.

Mental health means ?

Hahah, yahi halat meri bhi hai bhai

Morning yoga during day light, deep breathing techniques/ meditation, running on evening times or playing outdoor games to increase better blood circulation to body and brain;
Usually going outside during weekends or spending with family or friends on outside.
Don't look for overthink, if you think write down on paper and stop it.
Avoid late night sleep, health is important than money now a days

Mine is gone. Just acting normal to stay employed.
