All four of my reportees, who joined ACN as freshers just a year ago, have been promoted with a 46.6% increase in their base pay.

No base bay hike, variable pay minimum my reportee has 6.7 % and max is 14%.

Promoted from 10 to 9 with 13% hike...my ML is 48 months

2 ip cases and 2 other got vp 7 n 14% no hike

Year 1 ase - 10%.

No base pay hike for my team of level 8 and 9. 13% hike for one promotee . For Talent priority they have given some increase in variable pay.
