Trending @Accenture; People Lead enablement for VP discussion

Currently, I’m working on a client project that I joined on August 1st. Before this, I was part of an internal project. Since I haven’t been tagged to a specific team in the new project, my People Lead (PL) has not been updated yet — it still shows my previous project’s PL.
With the VP/Hike cycle coming up in November, my previous project’s PL will likely reach out to me for the discussion. However, they won’t be aware of my performance or contributions in the current project.
Additionally, I understand that Hike and VP are linked to the project’s budget. Could you please clarify whether my evaluation will be considered under my previous project’s budget or the current one?
Could you please advise me on how to get this updated or how I should proceed in this situation?
Reach out to hr or previous pl to mail and get yours changed, discussions are already done in sept/oct, nothing you do changes anything for you now, it's for next period then, and most likely given this change current pl may have given up and old pl was the one on whom your appraisal was in hands of (formally atleast), so if he wished he'd have reached out to your current pl or he wouldn't need to do so as you spent your last performance fy under the previous pl.
