Hi, for people in pip, do they get leaves and wfh facility? Also when does PIP initiates
Bro don't get into this pip .Just take severance pay for around 5 month pay.U have quite a time from now.Just prepare well and leave .Since you are a specialist programmer u must be very good.I know people sitting on 25 lpa right now from 4lpa who were given pip by some chutiya manager.In a year or so he will surpass that fucking manager in terms of salary.

Yes normal rules apply. But long leaves and exception to rto will not be allowed
Yes offcourse all types of leaves are allowed but WFH is not allowed.
Yes. We are human being so they should allow all leaves in PIP time.
