Recently cracked an offer from a fintech. They shared an offer letter with joining date 1 week prior to what i asked for. The HR is insisting to put down papers and they will manage the joining date later. Any opinions on what should I do?

Whats the work culture here and Do Esops have any value? I have heard that the company is profitable.

Can someone tell me which are the good product based companies for .Net developer with 1.5 YOE.

My personal feeling is that company existing workforce is extremely protective of whatever they are working on and a difficult to work with.

Very unaware of newer technologies.
