People getting warning email for Q4 (FY2025) & Q1 (FY2026)'s office hours
People are getting warning emails for office hours in Q4(FY2025) and Q1(FY2026). One of my known has received a such warning email along with the avg office hours data attached in the mail for both the quarters. Surprising part is, he is having 8.1 and 8.35 avg hours in both the quarters but still he got that warning email. What is the ultimate agenda of the leadership behind all such third class activities..
I suppose no one is maintaining 9 hrs even if they have Dedicated ODC. Then everyone in TCS will get this warning
I am waiting to see that one of the HR send notice to another HR for termination.
It's a sign of fluidity list BFSI and MFG peoples are getting this mail
We are also getting mail but not from HR. DP sending the details for everyone who are in red, amber, green zones. Now they asked red people to make it amber
if this is true then there are serius issues with the team and vertical..Just using the tactics to find something...
