Balance working hard and working smart.
While you work in your current role, don't overdo the hard-work part at job, and save some time and energy to constantly keep studying and learning courses and skills towards your next level role.
Growth often comes from intentionally studying higher-level stuff, not just from grinding away at your current role.

Don’t ask generic advise from people with a certain pay package. Won’t help you now, won’t help you ever. Learn a skill and find a job where you can work really hard. Beyond that anything anyone says is devoid of your context.
Focus on core CS fundamentals
Practice lot of DSA questions
Don't focus on programming language

There is no magic formula. Figure out what works for you and do it . Initial years should be more about learning than looking at pay .
