People are over hyping the USA dream being over
The decision just affects outsourcing of H1-B candidates from India, things will remain same for MS CS students in fact it will be sort of easier cus there will be lesser competition in the lottery now.
Existent H1-B holders won't be affected. But from this act, we get a general idea of the trend . In the future, even OPT might get scraped

You didn't understand the law completely. MS CS students will have change of VISA status. The law is only for people from different countries directly entering US through H1-B
