People are not serious about Bangalore's condition. A rant post.
This water shortage thing in Bangalore is pretty depressing.
There is an extreme shortage of water but no one on this planet seems serious about it. People are busy making memes around it , poking political parties , blaming the government. The government is blaming other governments and that's it.
Imagine there were 280 lakes in the city now there are only 15. Imagine once Lalbagh and cubbon park were connected and there were elephants living there.
How can a random land mafia dry up the lake and build stupid buildings illegally purely for their profits? They will profit from it but whose resources they took? Nature's resources that were meant for everyone.
That land mafia must be chilling in Atlantis hotel in the rooftop swimming pool and here we are drying up.
In the end , only the one sitting at the top would benefit from it and the one who will suffer is common person and they are still not realising how badly they will suffer in future.
If you don't have water what are you going to drink? 500 2000 notes smoothie? No amount of money can give water. These land mafias and politicians will import fresh water for their families to drink after depleting Indian resources. What are you going to do ?
And then this government brings CAA law to bring more people to our country where the existing citizens don't have enough resources.
WAKE UP SAVE INDIA FROM POLITICIANS.
Anyway , this is not a propaganda post against any political party because all parties are at the end corrupted, they will exploit everything to make money and then safeguard their family by sending them in foreign countries. The one who will suffer is us.

CAA law to bring more people
Care to read the law please. People are already been living here since decades, it is just giving an citizenship. No1 is coming from anywhere

Correction - immigrants hiding between common men doesn't mean "living here" they were "hiding here" ,now they will further exploit resources "legally" that are not sufficient for Indians by birth, please care to understand the consequences.

There number of illegal Bangladeshis living in India are probably more than the number of Hindus living in all three countries.

Is the matter really that serious? I thought it’s only some regions where the situation is bad and other areas ( specially where all these tech bros live ) are doing well. One of my friend is thinking to relocate to Blr (near Koramangala). What would you suggest ?

Personally I think that's a really haunting question to ask, you are questioning relocation to one of the top 3 cities of India, anyways yes that's true only few parts are affected not all, otherwise Bangalore is safe to relocate. At least you have air to breathe and space to move around.

things r not that bad in Whitefield, it will soon be sorted

sorted how exactly?

Bangalore's water crisis, a serious issue, no doubt. But remember, every problem is an opportunity in disguise. So, how can we turn this around?

We cannot do anything, the government has to strictly implement some environmental measures like a strict lawn area for rain water to seep in,make a budget for conservation of lakes and strict no concrete areas, unfortunately this won't fill their own pockets so let's see

It companies need to shut their rented offices and let employees work from thier home and slowly start building huge campuses in cities like Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Goa

from politicians
Just one step further, and save from the mafia-esqe capitalists, who own the politicians!

Is relocation from Hyderabad to Bangalore recommended. My sister live there and my parents like me moving to close to her but I am not doing good in career and living in Hyderabad with wife and kid. My wife works too in Hyderabad but her office is not present in Bangalore. Any suggestions

Bangalore's water crisis? Blame it on the land mafia and our apathetic government. What's your plan, drink money? How about we start saving water instead?

Government needs to change
