So it's clear that worst JOB in India is IT sector only, no job security🔒, no promotion, no hikes and at last they have right to change the policy at any time based on their choice.

Totally agree. Air India head count is very less compared to TCS and the organisation structure is also different.they directly dealing with general public so that approach works well for them
90% ppl with more than 15 years spent in this org. are just surviving based on their eco system, politics, beurocracy and inside connections. THINK ABOUT THEM
