Penning done some thoughts that I felt like sharing

Have been in the corporate now for about 2.5 years working at a Startup. The best decision I have ever made was not going for my masters immediately after college

In these 3 years I have covered most of the places in India, have completed all the major treks in the north , made some crazy life long friends along the way , completed my scuba diving advanced level certification in Andaman , took a trip to Nepal and felt very lively and spiritual, did a solo trip to Sri Lanka and have learnt a lot from these experiences and have been able to connect with more with my family and grandparents

With all my friends going off for their masters , I was thinking I was lagging behind in life. But these experiences in my 20s will never come back and I am sure I will never have the time once I am off for my masters

Have also started to feel a sense of gratitude to things in life and am happy with all that is happened with me ( for the both thr good and the bad )

I have a couple of more things to get done with ( a trip to Japan and a bike trip in Leh Ladkah with my friends) and I feel I will then be mentally ready and will be at peace to go for my masters in 2027 ( Will have about 4 years of experience then)

To those who feel like your late / lagging behind in your journey and are confused on when to do your master's or feel its late ( folks in their early mid 20s or even late 20s) , your running your own marathon. Relax , explore, travel , breathe , work on yourself and when your ready for the leap , go for it !

Cheers ! Your all there where exactly destiny wants you to be

That's really good. Everyone has their own path. Are you planning for a tech masters or something in management?

MBA in US was the initial plan. But I am re considering that given the very high cost and especially the uncertainty around visa , immigration and job

I am planning to go for a tech masters ( Purdue or univ of washington of sorts ) that has a decent tution fee , work for a couple of years and then self fund and do the MBA . Post masters goal is to continue either in Product Management or work in a techno management kinda role

Which company pays this much to you both in terms of money and leaves? Your CTC would be?
