Trending @Capgemini; Pending Clearance from People's Manager
Hello,
My LWD is scheduled for 8th August 2025. However, the People’s Manager clearance and final clearance are still pending. Despite multiple follow-ups with my People’s Manager, the clearance has not yet been processed.
It would be really helpful if any one of you could confirm whether this delay might impact my relieving process or result in an extension of my Last Working Day.
Don't worry and don't follow up .No one can extend 90 days notice without any big reason .You are a consultant but behaving like a fresher

Mostly they will clear around 2 days before LWD which happened to be in ny case

They clear it on your LWD or 1 or 2 days before Just in case you change your mind
Just keep everything on mail and have copy of it post leaving
Don't worry as soon as timedesk clearance is done your people manager will give his clearance in my case also all clearance happened one day before LWD so no need to worry
