Pega Developers?

Hi Just wondering if there are any Pega engineers here?

I hardly see any openings in pega outside TCS for anyone below 4 YOE.

I have around 3+ YOE completely in development and it's so darn hard to switch I have so many family commitments in the next few months.. I appreciate any sort of guidance on this pls just let me know what to do next
