Are private equity firms becoming like IBs in terms of work life balance? Especially in India?

Don't confuse VCs and PEs. VC life is chill. PEs have always been similar to IB in work hours.

PE has horrendous WLB. 13-14 hours a day easily + weekends, across the big names and mid market ones basis what I have heard
