For the last 1 month, I have been in pdp and am asking the home manager for the project but didn't respond. Also, I gave 2-3 interviews but didn't assign them to any project, and they are saying we need 3 4 yrs experiences. Please tell me what should I do?
In this case the Home Manager cannot help you because the projects are not managed by them. Visit TMP and find the relevant opportunity to get into a project.
apply on TMP and additionally reach out to hiring managers for those accounts as well
I would suggest study more on ur skills & take advantage of bench period and apply outside. It will help you to get better opportunities & hike as well
Until you get project learn and upskill yourself . Be available on teams if any opportunity comes . Don’t worry you will get project
Ask your Supervisor or Home manager to share your profile with distribution list (DL) which is having larger audience
