Trending @Infosys; PB for OS rating
I got OS last year and this time I received 81% of PB. Can someone assist that is it fine or less for OS rating holders?

Same for me.. Got OS last year and this time PB is around 80%... Can't understand the actual reason, possibly as someone above said, Unit performance matters... ADM/DCG.

In our unit also, OS peoples have received 85 percent

Which unit? Also any issue with manager or performance dip. Sometimes DM can do a man Hal override to redistribute PB for small % of people. But mostly looks like your unit is not growing.

No issues with my Manager. He can't do anything without sharing with me. We are so close. That's y I am not understanding😑
