After the PR left it is too bad, had a friend there who left last year too

the signal is mixed, but it points to a broader pattern of a culture in transition. you'll get good learning as a junior engineer because the teams are still full of sharp people. but the "bad reviews" are picking up on a real shift towards tighter targets and less stability that's been happening over the last couple of years. the question isn't if the culture is good, it's whether you can learn what you need before it gets worse.
