Paytm review, no hiring call

Hi everyone, I left my comfi job at some other organisation and joined Paytm thinking that it is a good brand name and the HR will reach out to me for jobs and better organisations or their organisations, but that is not happening. Had Paytm lost its charm, or is it the year end situation or because I recently switched, all your opinions are welcomed
