Cominy from Byjus, i have seen litteraly 4-5 rounds of layoff in a span of 1 year. My observation- all the folks laid off are placed at better companies. Yeah, when i talk to them they do mention how difficult were the first 1-2 months and after getting the first offer, the offers got better and better. Never lose hope. In tech everone makes it. If not today, then tomorrow .
