Paytm is shit, I believe in it

There is no systems for onboarding, no kt session, just thrown into the systems, teammate is going on holiday soon, and I need to do migration in the absence of him and since I have not working or seen the code base ever. There could be some gaps in understanding of system. The idiot lead started saying that it was what i asked you to learn from him. I said there are gaps not a miss. They are not ready to listen. I wonder if it is like this at every startup in India or am I the unlucky one
