Pays more? Job security? Salary hike?

Which Company is best to try on below criteria? Job security? Every year Decent hike? Work life balance?

I know this is quite Sarcastic to ask these kind of question in IT world, But I just want to know for my better future if there is any. I really don’t like to switch again and again for the shake of money or office politics.
