My salary has been sent to an account which was closed on 24th due to not being a salary account. I have updated a new salary account but in the payslip it has been sent to the old account?
I have raised a payroll ticket but yet to get a reply. Do you how to proceed with this? My salary has not been credited for this month? Not getting back a clear answer from any source?

Raise an escalation with HR immediately. they should fix it asap. 💸

Raised ticket already. Accenture HR support is not helping. They are saying to raise a ticket.

When did you updated the bank account? Because they can process with new details only if it has been updated before 10th of every month, else the changes will be applicable from next month onwards

Also you must have receive an email from payroll support stating that salary has been credited and there they provides you the method for escalation query
