Hi everyone, I’ve got offer from both the companies, can someone tell few things about the both,

Experience - 5 years

IBM - Compiler Design backend team Role - SDE 2 Fixed - 35 LPA Joining Bonus - 12L (6L + 6L in 13th Month) Other standard benefits

PayPal - Identify Platform team Role - SE 3 (T24) Fixed - 29 LPA Bonus - 2.9 LPA RSUs - $20k (Vested over 3 years) Other standard benefits

I want to finalise one based on some concerns as:

1. Work Life Balance
2. Future Career Growth
3. Learning
4. Job security

I know there has been layoffs at PayPal earlier this year, so I’m a little confused for paypal
