I got an offer from Paypal for Senior Software Engineer role for Bengaluru location.

Base - 50 LPA INR Bonus - 5 LPA INR RSUs - 45K USD

I have 7.5 years of experience.

Is this a good offer ? How is work life and future at Paypal ? Do all employees get yearly refreshers? What's the average yearly refreshers I can expect?
