Can anyone from PayPal tell me the pay for MTS-2 position in PayPal for Chennai location for 12+ years of experience?

Current: YOE 6 Compensation: 25 Lpa fixed + 2 lakhs bonus end of the year

Paypal Fixed: 32 Lpa RSU: 40k USD (3year)
