Paying for management's mistakes
Why are we being punished for the management's inability to retain or create new agreements with customers? They are not able to rope in more business. There are no projects in TCS. I am trying so hard, posting on Knome, searching through ExOps, and through RMG, but I rarely get any calls, maybe once a month. Once we are released, getting laid off from the company becomes inevitable, given that we are unable to find another project and the 35-day bench policy. We are paying for their blunders. But is it FAIR???

Bro.. Welcome to the real world. Nothing is fair here. You are work in business and they decide things as per their profits, not as per giving justice to you.

I have always respected the Tata legacy and what TCS stood for ethics, fairness, and purpose beyond profit. But somewhere along the way, that essence is fading.
Today, many TCSers who could easily earn three times more outside still stay, not for the pay but for the pride and belief that they were part of something larger than themselves. Sadly, that pride is slipping away.
The Tata Code of Conduct, once the soul of the organization, feels like just another document. Values that once defined us are now being replaced by politics, favoritism, and excuses.
Noel Tata and N. Chandrasekaran have the opportunity and responsibility to revive what Ratan Tata built an institution trusted for its integrity. The time to act is now, before the culture that made TCS exceptional disappears completely.

Good Morning 🌞
