Infosys provides all the lateral joiners who join as Senior system engineers get the same salary 6.42 LPA. Is this correct?

This is not correct. Infosys does not give all lateral joiners the same salary of 6.42 LPA. The pay can vary based on experience, negotiation, and other factors.
