Pay Scale Market Range

Currently, person exp around 5 years in Manual Testing and getting pay 8 lpa at TCS.Is it correct pay for the exp in the market for manual testing ? Kindly , give any suggestion on the market range.

  1. No, it's way too less. Should be around 12-15 LPA
  2. No, I have 2.5 yoe from an AI start-up and 2.5 yoe from TCS
