Trending @Capgemini; Pay Review 2025: Due to numerous questions, here’s a breakdown based on insights from a recent meeting.
Three Pillars: 1 Performance and Potential(Rating): Assessing employees based on their contributions and growth potential. 2 Skills (Super Niche Skills): Prioritizing highly specialized, unique skill sets. 3 Pay Parity (Median Salary): Addressing salary disparities for employees who joined Capgemini before December 2023.
• Revised Compensation Letter: Released between March 31 and April 2, 2025. ◦ Letters uploaded to Get Success (not attached to emails, unlike last year). • Extra Compensation Component:Applies to employees who joined before 2021, with lower median salary despite being high performers. • Exclusions: BTO non-compliant employees. Joined after December 2023. Performance rating below “Succeeding.” Mandatory training not completed.

Thank you for the info @RobustFlag and I have joined Capgemini 2021 june 31st and this time I got an exceptional rating (1r rating) . Am I eligible for the extra components compensation??

Depends if you have a lower salary as compared to median salaries for B1s in the company.

As per the email from Ashwin Yardi, we were supposed to get it in the last week of March.
